Note: your card or account will not be charged until your ride, and you retain the option to pay by cash at the completion of your ride.

LEAST 1 hour before your reservation. Be SURE TO OBTAIN A CANCELLATION NUMBER. If you don't cancel at least 1 hour in advance, you will incur a $10 "no-go" fee to compensate the driver for his time.
